Official Rules

Please read and understand the following rules before participating in PayMeRobot contests. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. No Purchase Necessary. There is no purchase necessary to submit a video for Contest eligibility.
2. Age Requirement. You must be 13 or older to download the app.
3. Earning PMRC. PayMeRobot Coin (PMRC) can be earned in a variety of ways. Please see our Terms for a full list of ways you can earn PMRC and how to redeem.
4. Redemption Verification. Depending on the method chosen to redeem PMRC and the amount being redeemed, Users may be required to go through ID verification, agree to PayMeRobot's sworn statement, and/or complete the appropriate documentation as required by law.
5. Minor Redemption. When a User aged 13-17 wants to redeem their PayMeRobot Coin, they must have a Parent/Guardian redeem on their behalf unless it is for PMR merchandise (merch).
6. Tax Responsibility. All Users who redeem PMRC are solely responsible for any and all taxes, fees and financial responsibilities as determined by their city, county, state and/or federal government and/or any additional costs that may be incurred. PayMeRobot requires Users/Guardians to submit a form W9 if they redeem PMRC valued at $2000 or more in 2026.
7. U.S. Residents Only. To be eligible to redeem PMRC you must be a U.S. resident and have a current mailing address in the United States.
8. Content Guidelines. Videos submitted to PayMeRobot must adhere to PayMeRobot's Official Terms and Conditions and may not contain violence, nudity, sexually explicit content, illegal activity, intense offensive language, copyright or actionable content.
9. One Video Per Contest. Each Player may only have one video submitted for Contest eligibility at a time.
10. Video Format Requirements. Videos submitted for a Contest must be between 5 and 15 seconds in length and must be in portrait/vertical format. Landscape/horizontal videos will not be eligible.
11. Video Visibility. Videos added to your profile may be viewed by anyone with a PayMeRobot account.
12. Contest Eligibility Selection. Videos that you want selected to be eligible for Contests must be specifically chosen by the Player to be eligible for Contests. Each Player may only have one video eligible for a Contest at one time.
13. Daily Contest Structure. Each day there is a new Contest between two Players for the most votes. Whichever Player gets the most votes, wins the Contest. The Jackpot each day is 1,000,000 PMRC, which currently is equivalent to $100. In each Contest, if neither of the two Player's videos receive the most votes and PUSH gets the most votes, that Contest's Jackpot is added to the next day's Jackpot. The Jackpot may only be won by a Player who has a video which receives the most votes in a Contest on the day of that Contest.
14. Tie Rules. If the daily Contest results in a tie, the Jackpot will be distributed as follows: If the tie is between the two Players, the Jackpot will be split between the two Players. If a Player ties with PUSH, then the Jackpot will be split between the Player and Push. In a three-way tie, the Jackpot will be split evenly between each Player and Push.
15. One Account Per Person. You may only register one account per person.
16. Popular Vote. Winners of the Contest are chosen by popular vote among the public at large. It is the Player's obligation to promote their video and generate as much support as possible for their video when it is in a Contest.
17. One Vote Per Day. Each User may vote once per day.
18. Contest Duration. Each contest runs for 24 hours beginning at midnight PST and ends at 11:59:59 pm PST.
19. Video Deletion. You may delete your video for any reason after submitting it unless it has been selected for a Contest. If it reaches a Contest, you will need to contact us at info@paymerobot.com and we will arrange for your withdrawal, if possible.
20. Winning Video Restrictions. Once a video has won a Contest it may not be submitted for eligibility again. The Player may submit a different video for eligibility, though. There is no limit on how many times a Player can submit a video for eligibility or appear in Contests so long as the Player has only one video in the Pool or a Contest at any time.
21. Prohibited Content. Users who submit violent, criminal, pornographic or other such content may and/or will be banned from PayMeRobot.
22. No Apple Sponsorship. Apple is not a sponsor of any Contest presented by PayMeRobot.
23. Parental Consent for Minors. If you are under 18 years of age, you must make sure that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to our official Terms and Conditions.
24. Video Screening. Each video submitted for eligibility is screened by the PayMeRobot staff and either cleared to enter the Pool or rejected for cause.
25. No Guarantee of Selection. Submitting a video to PayMeRobot for Contest eligibility does not guarantee it will be approved to enter the Pool or selected for a Contest.
26. 90-Day Pool Limit. Any video that is in the Pool longer than 90 days will be Flushed (removed from the Pool). The Player who submitted it will be notified and may submit another video at that time.
27. Neutral Promotion. PayMeRobot will promote the Contest but will not promote one Player over another, nor will it promote pushing the Jackpot.
28. Rule Violations. PayMeRobot is not responsible for any activity that is in violation of its Rules & Regulations or Terms & Conditions.
29. Privacy Waiver. By submitting a video to PayMeRobot, you waive any privacy expectations that you might have with respect to the video.
30. Public Viewing. You acknowledge and agree that PayMeRobot may make videos that you submit available for public viewing, rating, reviewing and commenting.
31. No Posting Obligation. You acknowledge and agree that PayMeRobot shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any video submitted to PayMeRobot.
32. User Comments. You acknowledge that comments or ratings that you disagree with or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with a video that you submit to PayMeRobot.
33. Rights Waiver. You waive all rights and indemnify PayMeRobot for any and all videos submitted to PayMeRobot.
34. Communication. All communication between PayMeRobot and any Player submitting a video to PayMeRobot, will be done via the email that is connected to the User's PayMeRobot account.
35. Rule Changes. PayMeRobot reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any and all Rules & Regulations at any time.
36. U.S. Availability. PayMeRobot is currently only available in the United States.
37. Merchandise Shipping. PayMeRobot will only ship redeemed merchandise to a United States address.
38. Strategy. PMR is agnostic about Player's approaches to strategy to increase the chances they will win Contests. PMR will never advocate for any skill, tactic, strategy or any such measure. PMR acknowledges, though, that such skills, tactics and strategies exist and can be found online in discussion groups or social media platforms.
39. Special Contests. PMR offers Special Contests throughout the year above and beyond the normal, daily contests offered. Please see the full description of Special Contests in the Terms and Conditions and FAQ for details.
